Our company founder named the business after his beloved grandfather who introduced him to the building industry. As a family-run business, Ron Smale Homes Ltd cares about the work we produce for our valued customers and clients.
Our team holds Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and are NVQ Level 2 qualified in their respective trades. We also have Gas Safe registered plumbers and NICEIC certified electricians in our wider team, all of whom are available for services in the surrounding Camberley, Farnham, Guildford, Leatherhead and Surrey areas.

Our building contractors and new home builders have experience in single- and double-storey property extensions. We build in rear-facing, wraparound and side-return styles. Our internal and external work includes structural, brickwork, carpentry, joinery, plumbing, heating and electrical services.

Our home renovations breathe new life back into your property. We manage all aspects of your renovation, from the structural work and space creation, through to the plastering, painting and decorating. We also design kitchens and bathrooms, providing the installation services you need which can also cover dry or wet underfloor heating systems.
With property refurbishments, our team oversees all internal and external works. We also supply and install the materials needed for the project, sourced from a trusted supplier network in Woking, Camberley, Guildford, Farnham, Leatherhead and Surrey. Our builders can also fabricate items onsite.
As established new home builders, we will supply you with architectural services, layout planning and full project management of the complete build.
