Our team of new home builders manages all structural requirements for your home, starting with the groundworks. From our base near Woking, we will have ordered all the materials required for your project from local suppliers in Camberley, Guildford and the surrounding Surrey areas. We use dumpers and mini diggers for the excavation process, after which we will build the foundations, reinforcing the structural stability of your new build, and installing the drainage before pouring the concrete.
We build new homes using one of two methods, either timber frame or traditional construction. Timber framing typically shortens the lead time, although many customers still opt for the traditional method as it is designed for strength and durability.
Once the structure has been formed, we continue with custom brickwork, construction of the walls and floors, which will have the DPC installed into them, and fitting the doors and windows. We then continue with the roof which our builders will later finish by laying tiles or slate for pitched roofs, or GRP fibreglass or torch-on felt for flat roofs.
